Cashiers Part-Time & Full-Time:

In permanent contact with customers. Must have superb customer service skills and patience.

Cashiers are in charge of ringing up product sales, detecting pricing mistakes, detecting when prices are changed and receiving payments by cash or debit/credit card.

Depending on the volume of business each day, their duties may vary quite a bit; they may have various departmental tasks.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

• Greeting customers
• Informing customers of sales/discounts
• Establishing or identifying prices of goods
• Keying in or scanning the price of merchandise
• Determining the total price
• Receiving payments and reconciling them with total sales
• Controlling and checking outgoing merchandise
• Wrapping or bagging products
• Preparing deposits, closing the till and putting back the customer go backs
• Maintaining clean and orderly checkout areas
• Always making sure the customer is part of/joins our membership
• Must be flexible and willing to help in any area within the store as asked.

Must be able to work weekends and holidays. The days are not an option due to we are a retail store and these are our busiest days.

Must have reliable transportation.

Must be over the age of 17.
